You can use any visual html editor to edit thetemplate as you like. The about me specially can be customized to

anything even without the top and bottom bar, you can keep only the Body class for the user html and customize the

whole template as an html static independent  file as you do with any static html file. I mean you can create your own

whole about be page in your html editor then just insert the Body class any where you want in the template

to be replaced by the user contents.
