Searchawy Update - Auto Update Stats

This small update add 2 new admin options in General Options to control enable/disable auto update Listings and accounts count.

Auto Update Categories Count: Set to NO for heavy traffic
Auto Update Accounts Count: Set to NO for heavy traffic

To update, update these cgi files from the latest zip file:

RegisterLib.pm
AddURL.pm
Admin.pm
Configuration.pm

Upload these files in ASCII mode using your FTP software.
