| Registered Users deleting an unwanted or expired credit card |

I have set up a dummy account to test my site before going live. I cannot find where a registered user can delete or replace a credit card through the control panel.
Is there an update for this? Or can you tell me where this is exactly?
The only place it can be done is by the administrator using a sql commander tool and editing the database.
