Auctionawy 11.84 Update. Zero Prices No Longer Allowed

This update for Auctionawy to manage the zero prices items. Zero Starting price auctions and zero fixed price items will no longer be allowed.

Please update these cgi files from the latest zip:

Sell.pm
PreviewItem.pm
Configuration.pm
