This update added the new language variable to control the xml file type and encoding type by language variables.
Also the generated XML output content type is encoded as text/xml instead of application/rss+xml to avoid internet explorer trying to download the RSS feed instead of displaying it.
Also this update encodes the none html entities to avoid browsers errors for none valid ascii chars.
