Admin Can't log in Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

Hi\ \ Changed the time set this am then admin couldn't log in. Downloaded the sysconfig.pm file and reset as per the FAQ's. Logs in but when I try to click on the menu items returns a Internal Server error.\ \ I have put the original file back and still can't log in. Please help.\ \ Thanks\ \ Chris

The SysConfig.pm file should be uploaded and downloaded in ASCII mode and should be edited with notepad or any text editor not word or others.

I see your main admin center works:

http://pilbaraclassifieds.com.au/cgi-bin/auction/admin.cgi

So the sysconfig is good, you may be need to upload any cgi files you overwritten in wrong binary mode, try to upload all the cgi files in ASCII mode.

Hi\ \ The auction one works fine. It's the classified one that is faulty. As it was installed by you I have not uploaded any files. All I did was change the time setting.\ \ If I do upload the files will I lose my current configuration and accounts/ads etc?\ \ And when you say cgi files does that mean every file with a .cgi?\ \ Thanks\ \ Chris

I have followed the faq on this again and there is no data next to the\ MSNetAuction_Admin_UserID~==~\ MSNetAuction_Admin_Password~==~\ \ And there is no\ \ MS_Classifieds_Admin_Password~==~\ MS_Classifieds_Admin_UserID~==~\ \ I can't log into classifieds or auctions admins.\ \ Please help\ \ Thanks\ \ Chris
