I wanted to know that the username and the password to login to advertising section from the link provided at the bottom of the account of the customers(manage accounts) is the same for when the customers logs in to manage accounts.\

If yes, I tried in the customer admin section but did not work.\
If no i dont see any advertise sign up also, only log in is available. So how will the user create an advertising account.\

Seems you are confused, these site owners manage their sites and bids and keywords from the My Account area, the other is for Banner campaigns customers and you add them from the admin Banner advertisers section, they are different login.
