Auctionawy 2012 new version released. This new version added new user invoicing system.
The new user invoicing system allows sellers to create invoices for buyers and adds many fields to the invoice as adjustments, insurance, tax, shipping etc as well as fields to add tracking or shipping number and shipping service or even shipping link and a field for shipped date and dates when payments received.
Buyer also see the invoice and have fields to set dates when payment sent and when items received.
Both seller and buyer have private notes fields on the bill also. The invoice page has a message board between the seller and the buyer, both can communicate at anytime by posting messages to this invoice board and messages can be tracked by site admin.
Where to see these

in the user account manager:

*)-Sold
when you go to Purchased or Sold pages, you will find some basic order details and a button says " Order Details " click this button and you will see the invoice with the message board for it.
For each buyer you will find these info for each item on the sold and purchased pages for easy access and quick mangment.
To update
======= Use the Liveupdate in your admin: 1)-upgade code files 2)-differential upgrade 3)-update language files, do not overwrite the files, use the liveupdate "Language Update" for that 4)-update the templates PurchasedList.html, SoldList.html. 3)-run upgrade script upgrade-16.50
Customer with Premium upgrade service, we will do this upgrade for you, you do not have to do anything about that as usual.
