This update to better handle the process of creating themes and auto configuring them if not set by the admin. Most people creates new thems and set the new theme as the default theme without assigning a Language to the new theme which causes an empty output for both admin and user side. This update will auomatically use the first language it finds for the default theme if it did not find a language assigned to the theme.
How to update: -----------------
Update only the cgi files:
Configuration.pm ThemeMgr.pm
Do not forget to upload these files in ASCII mode.
