This update to update the vuew item/ view ad time left count down counter to work according to users computers time zone so that all users around the world will see the correct time left.

Auctionawy Update
Update the cgi file ParseItem.pm
Update the templates ViewItem.html, ViewBuyItem.html or you can update only the JS code in these templates.

Classifiedawy Update
Update the cgi file ParseAd.pm
Update the templates ViewAd.html or you can update only the JS code in this templates.
