This is a small update for Auctionawy, Classifiedawy, and Searchawy. This update adds the country list menu by ISO country code to the "add credit card" page which is required by some payments methods now.
How to update -------------------
Auction, Classifieds. Search:
Update the cgi files: MoneyMgr.pm Merchant.pm Configuration.pm
Update these language files: AccountMgr.pm <= only the last line added: the variable add_credit_card_option you can add it manually from your language manager, you can copy its value from our demo or from the file after you unzip and view with notepad. CountryCode.pm <= This is a new language file just added
Update this template: AddCreditCard.html <= if you did customize this template you can just update the form field CC_Country.
