This is for support team at Mewsoft.

I need to upgrade my auction software, but for some reason my

license is disabled. Could you please advise me on how

I can go about reinstating the license so I can upgrade my

software. The current version I'm using is: 9.01

All products comes with one full year free upgrades from the purchase date. You must upgrade within the 11th month or your license for free upgrades will be disabled.
Your license expired from long time, you can order
a new license as a reseller :

Thanks for your quick response.

I will order the reseller license. But, what I'm worried if

all the work previously done on my site will be ruined.

Could you kindly tell me what steps I need to take after

downloading the upgrade, to not to overwrite all customization

I did on my site.

We have said this many times and we say it every time we release update or upgrade, you MUST apply all updates, bug fixes, and upgrades once they are released. Commulative updates hard to follow and apply, you have to see the announcements forums since your version and allpy all the updates steps by step. What you will do is update all the cgi files, this will not hard your customizations, then follow the updates forums for any SQL updates and apply them and also for any new language variables and any html code needed in the templates. We can do this for $150 if your budget allow, if you are interested just order custom order for it and we will do it for you.
