This update based on the request of some customers which will let the first bidder bid enable the reserve price met if his bid is greater than the reserve.

Update these cgi files only:

Bidding.pm
SQLlib.pm
Configuration.pm

Upload these files in ASCII mode to your cgi-bin/auction folder.
