I have had Business::OnlinePayment:Paypal installed on the server. I have entered banking info into my account. I Checked the database and it is there. I get the following when I attempt to do an electronic bank transaction: Payment Error: Electronic transfer processing error. Please go back and check your bank account information.

Paypal payments does not have bank transfers, see this topic on methods for paypal:

Bank payments through merchants who support this only like Authorize.net supports both

credit card and Bank transfers.

The other bank transfer information is for you to post just your swift and bank account information on

your site and your customers pay you direct then once you get the transfer you add it manually from the admin.
