Bid history records users start bid and not their maxbid at the end of the auction if they do not win or when someone else bids higher.
This only causes a problem if the winning bidder does not pay and the seller would like to offer the item to the second highest bid as per ebay , amazon etc. can this be considered for amendment /correction on the next update.
