Can Not access ADMIN Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

HELP!! New problem! Just changed Hosts (to Hostgator) with help from Mewsoft of course! Can not seem to access my admin center for my Auctionawy. Does not seem to recognize my user name and/or password! I was just on it a few hours ago, now I can not get in. Any suggestions? I tried several times & I know my name & password.

If you forgot your admin login , there is an FAQ in our FAQ forum on how to reset it.

Thanks for the info! I did not forget the pass or user name, I was just in it earlier that day. It simply will not accept it anymore. can you give me the complete address to data/SysConfig.pm so I can try to download & change this? Obviousely I am not entering it right. Thanks.....

Nothing changes by itself, you may misstyped the login. Anyway, use an FTP program to edit the file as stated in the FAQ as I said above. Please do not repost the same topic. There is no other possibilites or solutions.
