You change these setting in the General moudle in your admin center.

For the tweets, you need to set your twitter username in the Template Frontpage, you will find the code:

[widget::Tweets(usernames=" "mewsoft" ", count="3", avatar="48", refresh="60")::]

Replace the "mewsoft" with your twitter username(s).

The Template Frontpage in the Design module, "Templates" tab.
