Change Required Fields To Optional Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

How do I go about making the "Company Name" and "Position" fields in the Registration an optional input form?\ \ I've read through the forum here and see that one way is to make it a hidden field, but I would like to keep those fields there, but not make them required.\ \ Thanks for any info on this.\ \ Cris

Admin -> Accounts Manager , click on the  link Accounts Options, you can enable/disable/ etc any field.
