how would i change the comissions amount in the affiliates section. i cant seem to find the from-to numbers.

Admin-Affilates Manager, the click on Settings:

http://www.mewsoft.com/cgi-bin/classified/admin.cgi?action=AffiliatesSettings

User Registration Commission:
Format is: Number of users From-To = Commission value per user. Separate by comma.
From1-To1=Commission1,From2-To2=Commission2, etc.
