| Greetings, Today Friday 05/01/2011 We are proud to release a new Classifiedawy version with a major redesign. The new version rewrote for search engines friendly URL's. we have redesigned the links to looks like a pure static html files with nice URL's and shorter. We have removed some text from links and used cookies for language parameter etc to make links nicer.
For example, the register link now only:
http://www.mewsoft.com/classified/action=Register
Instead of the last version link was:
http://www.mewsoft.com/classified/index.cgi?action=Register&Lang=English
and another example on the new links is the view item link now: http://www.mewsoft.com/classified/nokia-n96-16gb-unlocked&action=ViewAdID=1301972413 Instead of : http://www.mewsoft.com/classified/index.cgi?nokia-n96-16gb-unlocked&action=ViewAd&ID=1301972413&Lang=English
The same thing happend to all the links even the admin center, you will be able to see your shot links always, it is a complete redesign for the whole software.

How to upgrade
===========
This upgrade assumes you applied already the last upgrade which was released few days a go.
Please be careful if you are going to apply these upgrades and follow the steps to avoid any chances
to loose your data or settings or customizations. If you still have not applied the last upgrade, we can do these 2 upgrades cumulative for you for the same
price $100 as a custom work. 1)-download the latest version from our website "Clients" area using your license number. If you got license disabled message means your free year upgrades ended and you should order
another year upgrades from our site. 2)-Backup your site from your cPanel or Plesk and download the backup always to your local computer. 3)-Upgrade all the cgi files and the .htaccess file, upload them in ascii mode, do not upgrade the data/* files. 4)-Upgrade the file data/StartUp.pm
5)-This is the most important step, you need to edit the file data/SysConfig.pm manually, so please
download it in ascii mode using your ftp software, then use notepad not wordpad to edit it as a text file,
You need to edit the following: search for these variables and clear the right side as follows:
Main_Prog~==~
Admin_Prog~==~
MainProg~==~
AdminProg~==~
search for these lines and remove the .cgi from the right side of the files for example BannerStatsProg~==~bannerstats.cgi will be BannerStatsProg~==~bannerstats,
Banner***** ~==~bannerstats
Now the URLs for the cgi and html should ends with a slash /, so search for these and add slash to the end of the url like this: SSL_URL~==~https://www.mewsoft.com/classified/ HTML_URL~==~http://www.mewsoft.com/classified/
CGI_URL~==~http://www.mewsoft.com/classified/
