i cannot input the insertion fees. it keeps saying; Software Error Can't call method "quote" on an undefined value at /home/caribbea/public_html/app/system/Web.pm line 426. how do i fix this?

What tab or page exactly on the fees module and what values? can you post screen shot of what you are doing?

i don't know how to take a picture. when i try to use the website itself as customer it send this message: Error SQL Error: Access denied for user 'caribbea_apps'@'localhost' (using password: YES) DBI:mysql:database=caribbea_apps;host=localhost;port=3306

Hello,

As you emailed me and I answered you, the issue you may be changed the mysql database in cpanel and did not change it

in the auction admin center or vice versa. If you change the mysql database infomration in cpanel, you have to change the

same information in the auction admin->configuration module.

just reply to the email and we help you fix it.

i can't say that i know how to do all you are asking, which is why i don't think i changed the password purposefully, (if it really was me) but can you help me or direct me how to regain access. it is imparitive that i get it up and running by then.

Hello,

Well, as I said before you changed the mysql information, I found you

changed the mysql database password in the auction configuration

which is wrong, do not change these settings now,

until you get some experience you can change it in both cpanel and auction.

your site is working again.

The email method is no longer used, use the IPN method which is fully automated, once payment sent it

will be added to the user account, there is a topic in our FAQ forum about paypal settings.

There is a topic in our documentation forum about that:

Weather Widget

For the banners there is also a topic Banner Manager Documentations

As for adjusting the time offset, this is the setting in your admin general module

Please browse the admin to know where is everything is located, this will help you too much.
