Whole web site can be translated/displyed in Chinese, it that right?
The system will accept any language and store it in the database and will print it normal, how it is displayed or how to display more than one language depends on many things, first, the user borwser and OS must have these fonts installed, it may depends also on the server if it can accept other languages or not. the best is to try and see.
