I am getting this error message everytime someone tries to use the forgot password function. "Sorry, the User ID you entered is not registered on our system. Please use a valid User ID." I have not changed anything to this function. It seems to have become an issue after one of the last two updates. Thanks, Mike

You seems copied fields from another form to the forgot login form, that's why it does not work, anyway,

I restored it for you and it works now normal
