Ordered searchawy license and received it prompty, then ordered installation on August 29th. \ \ Received a request for FTP & SQL info later that day stating the installation would be made same day received as the FTP & SQL info was received. I provided the requested information, but have not received a reply since then.\ \ HELP!!!!

It may be for any reason your email did not come through may be marked as spam as this some times happens. Please resend the info and for sure will reply with the reciept, yes sure less than one hour will be installed.

No, I have not received any emails from you. Simply email from any other email. It may be also the problem your mail server. Get an email at hotmail or yahoo and send from it.

I just found your email in the spam folder. Checking your email, may be the word "Mortgage" in your signature is the reason for marked it as spam.

user you sent does not have the full permissions to create

The FTP is correctly, now. Please try again.\ \ Please add us to your email "white list" so that our email will override your word filters, so we can communicate. \ \ It is likely we will want further mods & customization on a fee basis.\ \ Thanks

The answer in the error message, it says ask your hosting company to install these modules so you just need to ask the hosting company to install any missing perl modules. Perl modules has to be installed by the hosting company server's root administrator.

You may have mis read my post. IT Says:\ \ ALL MODULES ARE installed. \ \ YOUR Searchawy test page, show ALL modules as "installed". \ \ My host says all modules are installed and all dependencies are set, ready to use. \ \ Please complete the installation / correct the problem so we can use the software.\ \ Thank you.

I reinstalled the files on your server, you seems messed some stuff.
Everything works now except the spider sites, the perl
module is not installed correct, Tell the hosting company to
remove it and reinstall it without "FORCING" to install with
errors, lazy companies force perl modules to install to avoid
installing dependencies modules.
 
Your server is realy very bad and seems old days, the server
is setup so that files will be wriiten only if they have permissions 777
which is very risky, the second thing is you set the ftp user to "mewsoft"
but this users seems does not own the whole website, so when you create
a language or theme, the files created owned by the user "www" and group "www"
therefore your site user "mewsoft" do not have permissions to modify.
 
I'd recommend realy you to switch to a new big good hosting company
unless you have reasons for using this company. also this server os very
slow, if you are inetersted check our hosting partner.

Which module(s) needs reinstalling? All modules were installed WITH dependencies. Your TEST page (built into Searchawy) shows all modules installed and working. Our tests show all modules installed and working. We have not had problems with our server, service, support or running third party software until now. Please fully install the program AND / OR provide specifics steps needed for completing installation. Thank you.

Your site is now fully working, I registered as a user, submitted a site. You are missing only one small module for the spider, just ask the hosting company to install it:

HTML::SimpleLinkExtor

This finishs everything.
