does this include all payment types like the Paypal button for auction listings. one that can take them right to checkout. and the payment of seller dues?\

This for testing and configuring one of the payment processors listed in our admin center and you already have a merchant account or have account with them, normally you can do it yourself, but some customers do not have the experiance or buy their headache for these few bucks. All payment methods are for the site owners for collecting site fees only, all users to users payments are direct between users, they list they payment methods in their items listings and they either post or email their links etc to buyers.
