Hi\ \ I sent an email asking if there was anyway the software could cause a high cpu usage and was informed it could not. I can't find it now but I'm sure there was a post about sql and the server configuration which caused this for another person?\ \ If you could assist me in finding this post or have some information I could pass on that would be great. The person who posted it was hosting with Gator I believe and they got it sorted out so I'm sure I can do the same.\ \ Many thanks

If you tell me what you did exactlly since the software was installed I can tell you what happended. Try to search these forums for

host suspended

and select "All Forums" before clicking the search button, you will find some topics.

May be also you leftyour admin.cgi center's without login as the default and someone elase logged in and corrupted your installations or changed your configurations.

Anyway, may be you did some wrong customizations or corrupted something or tried to use none valid email program by trying to send emails before configuring your mail program. In general, nothing should cause this server load if files not corrupted on the server and the program configured before use.

Again tell me what you did so we can guess what causes this server load.

Anyway, tell them to contact us if they want to explain to them that there is nothing wrong.

Hi thanks\ \ I have done very little really. Mainly just had a look around. I did change the email addresses, I did change the currency to Australian as per the FAQ, that would be the biggest one I think. No one else has logged in, to my knowledge anyway.\ \ Forgot to ask, what I look for if there was a loop of some kind or is it not that easy?\ \ Chris

Update\ \ It was un suspended for a short time and I went in and changed The name in Language area, the description and added some more meta tags. The server then went over usage and it was suspended again.\ \ Just spoke to my host\ \ Top resources yesterday was:\ \ ads.cgi\ classifieds.cgi\ \ today was admin.cgi

If you want to listen to my advice, switch this company, check our hosting partner. They may be limiting each website server resources or the server may have lots of websites.

What about installation on the new host? How much will that cost me?
