Hello Ahmed , I just received a mailer with my license # to access my account in case I need a fresh download on the products I have purchased a license for from you.... after logging in I realized it only show's a license for the Net-Auction which I bought in 1999 and The Net-Engine is missing. I bought the Net-Engine back on Sep.02.2002 yet not reflected in my account. I had paid for the Unlimited Listing license for both of these products... if you recall back then you used to offer one for 25000 listings and another for unlimited.... would you please see how the Net-Engine license got misplaced? Back then for a very short time you had put me on the very short lived Ruby Server. May be this is how my account went into the oblivion... :-) Thanks
