Mail Manager - Manage Letters Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

Hello

Under Mail Manager - Manage Letters.

No matter how you format any letter, with paragraphs or spaces, the enduser receives a e-mail with words, spaces and paragraphs bunch together no separation at all.

Even when you go back to edit letter from the admin side the same thing, what was once separated is now one without spaces, paragraphs and etc..

For some reason the system is not retaining the formatted structure of the outbound letters.

How can this be corrected?

This is not an html editor, you need to use HTML editor to edit your letters first then save them in the manage letters.
