Sorry, iīm spanish an i donīt know the english very well.

i have a "big" problem with my software.
My netauction donīt apply the final fees to users

i donīt know the reason. Is possible that the problem or solution be a easy, but i donīt found it.

I can offer you the database spanish languaje if you can help me

First, the final value fees will be added only after the item is closed and sold to a bidder or by buy now feature. You have to process the closed auctions either manually or automatically from your admin->Auctions Manager, click on Process auctions or setup the cron job "Automate processing" on unix servers only.

i have activate the autoprocess (every 3 minutes) with my windows Scheduled Tasks , but my final fees is not aplicate to user. I have a serious problem with this because i have not bill to my user and i have 140, 800 closed auctions and more than 6000 visits in a few time.

Every 3 minutes could corrupt your database. Set it to every 1 hour.
AGain you need to process the closed auctions. Try to post new item, then bid on it, wait to close, process, see the transactions.

thanks i wil made changes in my Scheduled Tasks to a 1 hour.

The other way i think this isnīt the problem, I have made too many test than you said

Hi,

and it closes the auction correct, but doesn't charge the final fee.
However i tried to run the process manualy and all the thing that suggested to "jm", but nothing happend.
What can i do?

my first test of your software had made running under apache in my personal coputer and the final fees was ok.

My OK auction web is running under iis on windows 2003 server
can be this the problem?

The type of the server does not make any difference. May be you customized the templates or forms and removed something from classes.

Did you get any error when you created the sql tables? try to create it again and see if you get any errors.

There was a small bug in the file feesmaster.pm and fixed. Please email me to get that file.

one question:

if i put buy it now fees at "0", apply the system a final fee? if is not
how i can make it
I donīt want the seller pay if no sell.

you can of course setthe fees to "0" and in all cases the final fees will apply but you can not refund the buy now fees, or what is the difference between it and the reserve, you can use the reserve for this.
