I recently went to test my paypal account via the auction site (www.suggiebay.com) and it adds a shipping fee of 3.85 to the total? How would I change this?? Thanks for any help...

The auction system does not do checkouts and therefore it can not added anything to the payment. Payments and shipping and total cost for items are as agreed between the seller and buyer.
