Problem with invoicing. Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

This month I tried to send my users an invoice for the balance owed. No one received one. \ \ The Review Sent Invoice Report in the Accounting manager makes it look like the invoices were sent. Where else should I check to make sure the software is properly configured to send out invoices?

I think you are still using older versions which is no longer supported.

We're using Auctionawy 9.04 which my understanding is the latest version.

If only users with a negative balance get an invoice then I'm not sure but if all users get an invoice no matter what their balance then my site isn't sending out invoices either. I have the newest version installed.\ \ I get a log saying invoices were sent but I never receive one.

If it was just people with negative balances getting an invoice I could live with that. \ \ The problem I'm having is no one is getting an invoice. \ \ The system tells me invoices have been sent, yet even with a test account I have that is in the negative, I'm not receiving an invoice and I checked the spam folder.

Just updated my site to Version: 9.27 Build 112405 and when I try to run invoice everything seems to work but there are still no emails sent to users. Anybody find the problem with this yet?

Emails will be sent only if the users have negative balance due greater than or equal to what you set in the option :

I created an account that has a -$20.00 balance and in my general options in the admin I have this setting. Maximum Allowed Negative Balance ($)-5 Negative value only. \ \ An invoice was not sent\ \ I can not set the minimum balance to ($) -5.00. Each time I try to save this it goes back to ($) -5 Could this be the problem

Has this issue been resolved? I'm not seeing a final response remedying the problem. I too am having the same problem. I notice that when I hit the 'Send Invoices' button a new window pops up and says "Sending New Invoices. Please wait..." and then nothing ever happens...the screen never changes from saying '...Please wait...' and then I never get an invoice (using myself as a test subject)

I double checked the Invoice system and nothing worng, If also Just tested the demo and it sent out the invoices, if you are registered on it you should received an invoice if you have any balance in the month I sent. You may just need to practice with how the invoice system works, user must have a negative unpaid features and fees in the period you set.

I got the ones you sent. When you tested the system does it do the same thing it does to me with the new window that pops up and says "Sending New Invoices. Please wait..." and then nothing ever happens...the screen never changes from saying '...Please wait...'? It seems as if it's not completing its requested command and is just hanging there. When I tested I made sure that I had a negative balance.
