Relist Error Message Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

I am getting a error when customers try to manually relist their items..

Software error:
Undefined subroutine &main::Check_Selling_Permissions called at /home/mapcomik/public_html/cgi-bin/auction/relist.pm line 20.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@sportsbid.net), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

What could this be?

Make sure you have the latest upgrades. It is better to update all the *.pm files and *.cgi files.

I have all the latest upgrades. I am running the 6.5 version. I have also installed some of your patches due to other problems related to the upgrade.

So what else could be the problem?

Please specify exactly from what link as the relist link exists in many locations, I mean the relist from "Selling", Sold, Not Sold, try to copy here the link itself as you see in your browser after you click the Relist link.

It seems to happen when I us the Not Sold relist and here is the browser URL after I click Relist... http://www.sportsbid.net/cgi-bin/auction/AccountsSSL.cgi?action=Relist&ID=1095811204&Lang=English

It also happens when I click the Sold and the Relist and here is the URL for that... http://www.sportsbid.net/cgi-bin/auction/AccountsSSL.cgi?action=Relist&ID=1092688361&Lang=English

Found, download the latest version from "My Account", unzip and update the file AccountsSSL.cgi only. This will fix it.

If you could be a bit more specific that would be helpful... You say go to MY ACCOUNT... Are you talking about the My Account within the auction software? If so there is not update function.

Also there is no My Account in the Admin portion. If you are saying download the latest version, then as I said before, I have the latest since it came out.

Thanks, I did find this after all. However, as before when I sign in and try to have the software sent to me via email, my server blocks the file. Can you give me a link to the download as you have done before.

Its not my Norton Antivirus software keeping me from getting it. It is my ISP... As for the link, I can not find it Could you email or PM me with it
