When I post an ad I put the web address in the "Website:" field, but I didn't work when click on that link. The Error is: \
"The requested URL /~mycity/cgi-bin/classified/www.paylesscenter.net was not found on this server."\
Why /~mycity/cgi.../www.paylesscenter.net but not only directly to www.paylesscenter.net?\

I think you mean this on the Classifieds not the search engine. This is because you have to enter the url correct and must start with http:// if you did not do this browsers will this this is a bookmoar or relative url and thus prepaend the page url.
