Hi:\ \ Switching to Visual Editor on the sell page does not work. It just hangs. Any ideas what the problem might be?\ \ Thanks

You may changed the JS code in the sell template, try to restore it or replace the original template, also make sure you transfered all the *.js files in ascii mode in your html/auctions directory to the server.

Hi:\ \ I checked all *.js codes and made sure they were uploaded as ascii. Also I replaced sell.html from mewsoft download, but still cliking on visual html on sell page will hang for about 10 minutes and then goes to "Cannot Find Page". What did you mean by JS code in sell template? Any ideas how I fix this problem?\ \ Thanks

Nothing special, if you uploaded your software correct, it should work normal, also check your auctions/htmleditor directory files, this is where your editor files are.

What should I look for in auctions/htmleditor? \ \ Also I tested the visualeditor.html code by taking it to microsoft frontpage and it works (with exception of one error message which says; Line 984, Error: openner.document is null or not an object). also I completely deleted VisualEditor.html in the template editor and it still hangs, which means the main problem may not be in VisualEditor.html. Just cliking on the visualeditor button will cause it to hang before it gets to execute the visualeditor html instructions.\ Any ideas?\ \ Regards,\ \ sabachi

Hi Mewsoft:\ \ This took a long time from us but still no result. I have checked everything, I re-uploaded all codes in auctions/htmleditor correctly again, and even used the original sell template, but still visual html hangs and does not respond. Is there any other code in any other directory related to this that I should try uploading again? Any ideas?\ Thank you.
