We loaded all the programs and it seemed everything was working fine. Next morning we could not enter web site or certain areas in the utility section and it showed the below..Can you help plz? mybidliveonline.com\ \ SQL Error: Access denied for user 'c1'@'localhost' (using password: NO)\ Query: \ DBI:mysql:database=mysql;host=localhost;port=3306.

Check with your Host or ISP, it seems they blocked your Database access. If you tell me everything was fine, and now you have denied access on the database something or someone changed something on the MYSQL config, our your database access.

The error message above says you did not set the mysql password in the admin -> configuration, for sure there is no mysql database without a password unless this is your local server that is not configured yet to have root access without password. So you need I guess to create a mysql database from your site control panel, add a user in the mysql database from the same location, then go to your admin.cgi-> configuration and fill the mysql info, then go to admin->setup wizard and click on create sql tables, this completes your setup.
