The accounts manager
tools allows you to review and manage all the accounts in your system
database. The accounts are categorized alphabetically for easy and fast
browsing based on the first letter in each account. You can either
browse normal the accounts groups or categories or search for specific
accounts using any search criteria. You can search using asterisk
"*" in your search terms for wild card matching. Each Accounts
group or category contents and search results will be listed in an easy
to manage format for each account where you can manage, delete, edit,
review, and other options.
You can filter your
search results by selecting one of the drop down menu options in the
search box. These options will allow you to search for accounts with
specific account name, email address, balance, phone number, first name,
last name, company, street, city, state, zip code, or country.
Figure (1) below shows
the accounts manager page. You can browse accounts by groups, or the
first starting letter of the account name. Also you can search for any
account or a group of account matching certain search criteria. Enter
the search criteria in the search box, then select what fields to be
searched from the drop down menu. You can use wild card characters
"*" to find a partial matches.

The manage link will
open a new window to the user account manager and lets you logged in
automatically so you can manage everything in the user account the same
as if the user was logged in. This includes managing links, bids, money,
profile and all the account manager services available for the user.
The Status option is
used to activate or suspend the user account. If the user account is
suspended he will not be able to login to his account manager. This will
not effect his listings in search results.
Enter in this box any
amount you want to add to this account as a payment or credit. This
amount will be added to the user balance and will be also displayed in
his account deposit activity. Use this to deposit any payments you have
received by mail or email or non automated credited payments. Also you
can use this to deposit any promotional credits for your users.
Enter in this box any
amount you want to debit this account as a payment not received or as a
service or else. This amount will be subtracted from the user balance
and will be also displayed in his account deposit activity. Use this to
debit any payments you have have not received by mail or email or checks
that was not cashed if you credit the account before clearing the check
or as a charge for services for example monthly or yearly services.
