| filled in all data fields correct and still get "not conected" any idea what's wrong? |

| Im my case, everytime i filled something i had to hit connect again, so i filled something hit connect, after step 1, i had to connect again and do step 2, and so on. Remember use localhost to connect to database since im sure its on the same server, contact your ISP they block you access. |
