"sign up" gives the error below;

Error: Can't open language file /home/aramatur/public_html/cgi-bin/dir/data/language/Türkçe/Countries.pm: No such file or directory Line 200, File /home/aramatur/public_html/cgi-bin/dir/general.pm

i thought that it's because of another perl module and called the hosting firm to check it..

is it true?

and one more thing; is it possible to write the modules's list, softwares need, somewhere here as sticky?

For the list of required perl modules, you can run the file testserver.cgi which exists with each product in the same directory.

The above error is not missing perl mdoule, it is either you did not upload the language file in the error message or because you created a language with none english name and your server unable to read none english directories, you should create the language with the name in english so any server can read it.

i deleted the file named turkce (türkçe), after i read your reply..

and now i can't access to admin panel.. 

it was defaulted language before i've deleted.. i think it doesn't work because of this..

excuse my stupidity and please help me.. i think tou will want me to send you url knowledges, so i will send them by e mail to support@mewsoft.com 

when i try to access to admin panel it gives error message is below;

hi,

i solved the problem, deatils are below; 

after i read mewsoft's last post.. i still didn't know what to do because i didn't have

any idea how to upload the file, even where the file was..

so i sent an e-mail mewsoft again to request help..

after i sent the mail, i have thought about it and remembered my account on mewsoft homepage..

i went to my account, downloaded searchawy to my comp, and unzip the file.. 

i found the lang-file but i still had a problem.. i also didn't know how to upload it..

so i went to c-panel and after a while i thought that it could be in ftp manager or file manager..

and finally found in file manager.. i use the same way with my comp's searchawy's lang-file way to find where to upload..

and it's done..

now, i think i will buy all the mewsoft's products because of  very great support .

i know very few html, no-perl or etc, i have never uploaded a file to c-panel.. even not a very good english and i can easily solve the problem because of  very good system..
