| Campaign banner does't show on site |

I uploaded a banner to "mysite.com/images/banner.gif" and setted Top_468 zone. The banner shown on Edit Banner Manager site. However won't show up on website, but only the empty space. Also when I click on the space, it shows 500 Internal Server Error message. \

Please help. |

| Still not working. showing blank space only, no banner up. I saw banner zone class in the template
. I check all my setting I feel all are right. Except for the template, where else need to be taking care ? Pls advise. |

| I saw
on Top_navigation and Top_Area in General Glass. Still the same no banner image up and see only empty banner space(banner hyperlink OK). What name of template or where can fix it? I compared with your demo site, can't find any difference. Please advise. |

As I said above, the full banner system help is at: http://www.mewsoft.com/help/auction/Banner_Manager.html if you follow these steps exactly you can setup any new banner zone, campaigns, accountes etc. You may did not add the campaign to the zone you selected. click on the "Config" for the campaign and add it to the zone you want to display. |

| I checked sevaral times and made sure I have followed you instructions. I putted your sample banner Classified468x60 as default campaign under zone Top_468 and actived it. Still not show up on website but show empty space only. I'm sorry take your time but I need this important feature work. |

| Other than that I can not do anything unless I login to your admin section and check what you did and this can not be done unless an order for it, you at least should see the default zone and campaign setup and make the same. |
