I set euros as fee currency\
\
We have\
- one auction at 500 yens\
- one auction at 500 USD\
\
For both, the (insertion) fee is 1 euro !\
\
System calculates fees with the starting price, and don't care about auction currency.\
\
There should be a calculation with the currency rate, to make every sellers paying the same % of their selling price.\
\
Found nothing about that, is it possible to set ?\
\
If not, please send a price for custom work, as it is required for our business. |

| Yes correct this is how it works, the insertion fees is fixed values for each range or starting price and this should be normal. |

Sorry to write again, but think we have misunderstanding.\
\
An example :\
\
- An american place a selling @ 500 US$, charge is 1 €\
- A Japanese place a selling @ 500 Yens, charge is still 1 € !!\
\
As 500 Yens makes 4.24 US$, I think Japanese will find 1 € very expensive for its listing !!!\
\
So all fees should be calculated with the auction price AND auction currency (using your very powerful currency converter).\
\
In the example, insertion % should be from 500 Yens, converted in Euros for billing ...\
\
I know maybe I'm stupid with my questions. If you have no time to answer, please tell me your price, but please help us to arrange this. At present this doesn't work, we need to do something...\
