| No fees for donations |

| Is there any way to have one or more users who will pay no fees.\
\
For example have the user RED Cross pay no fees because he is collecting donnations.\
\
All others pay normally.\
\
If this is not possible maybe there can be a category which is free.\
\
Please look into this \
