| Terms of use User Agreement |

I have been looking through every file, trying to find where the User Agreement, Terms of use 'text' file is. I need to edit the terms of use to suite my auction. Can anybody please let me know where I find/edit the terms of use agreement file?

In Admin Backend go to:
Language Manager|Edit Language
Select :
54- Term Of Use
56- User Agreement
Then click "Edit"
