Hi\
Our automatic emails, like to confirm registration etc, goes to customers junk folder in "yahoo" or "msn". If we change the reply address would it fix this problem? any suggestions?\

For sure you used these from emails for bulk mails therefore it is blocked. |

Unless your IP's are blocked or listed in the SPAM databases like ordb or spamcop, simply try using other emails addresses. |
