You probably first want to delete your 6 other duplicate posts as this will not help your call for help (in case you dont know how do this -you view each post and click on the icon in the top right corner saying something like delete this post)

Anyways to try and answer your questions.\
- In the admin panel under Layoutselect class templates then look in the header class from the drop down menu Its in the tag - Body .... scrollbar-base-color.. - change the color too something like #ff66cc or whatever code you want for the color orange you need\
- There isnt a page name for them - check through the CLASS section again for the category forms etc.. Plus to change how they are displayed you have the settings under System setup category options
