| This answered here many times if you search these forums but anyway, these displays the icons besides the user ID in the view item page when you turn it on. It is means for you to make money for example turn it off and find some way to verify the user by phone or fax it for a small fees say $5 only and if he sent the verification documentations or answerd your phone you turn it on which tells other users that this user is verified by you. The use is left for you. |
