Hello I Have a problem when a new user is registered and he want sell a item he received a message what tell him "what you are not permission for sell" .\
in the admin site in general options all options are yes.\

what is the problem can you help me please??\

the option is "enabled" but don`t work, the user can`t sell or buy....¿¿???

It will not effect accounts that already created. You need to enable these accounts from the account manager, click on each account and check the boxes.
