| Hi dear,\
By accident i delete the language, When I tried to login/view the Auction Admin. "com/cgi-bin/auction/admin.cgi?action=Language_Manager=english", I got a box saying "Error: Can't open language" No such file or directory Line 190,". So result of that i lost my Auction Admin., then i tried to upgrade my data by Mewsoft Software Online Auto - Installer and Upgrade System to Recover deleted file, but doesn't works. Finally i did full installation a" New installation " with out deleting a previous installation, so i got another problem which is a duplicated file, yet the problem still there. Please i need your help\

| Ask your hosting if they did a backup for your siteto restore it. You should do backup always of you site, anything deleted cannot be restored. |

| They are joking, this answer means they do not have a backup of your site, check your hosting plan on their website to see if it includes in its features at least a weekly backup, if they do then they must be responsible for doing a restore when you need it, if they do not then you should change this hosting even if they are our partner. Again, no way to restore anything deleted from your website if you donot have a backup. |

| Thank you for your help i don't want you to restore anything deleted. i need only to login/view my Auction Admin. so i can work on editing again. i will start over again to edit my website and i will check with them about backup.\

| I fond in fAQ answer about Forgot my admin center login. but i didn't use any password or user ID befor i got this> Error: Can't open language .\

in your 2 error screen shots you sent, in your testserver,\
all RED modules needs to be installed, ask your hosting company\
to install them, if they refuse then switch to a good one.\
\
The second error message because you uploaded the language files\
in Binary mode, you need to upload all the files under cgi-bin/auction\
in ASCII mode.\

You can use our online Auot installer on our site, it will take care of the files mode, you will need only to change the files permissions after it finishes.\
