| Account Manager problem ---dare i ask |

| i hate to wear you guys out with stupid questions but i am having an issue with account manager. i was trying to give a new signup a promotional credit. in account manager when i click on it the client shows up in the list of regular clients. when i click on the new register to give them a credit. The new user doesnt show up. It goes into it like all the others but there is no user name. it is odd. i used it last night with no problems and i havent done anything to it since last night. all my other registered users i can enter and give promo credits no problem. just this last user. any suggestions would be appreciated. |
