Is there somewhere I can read further about how this scheme works?

 When I click on the link affiliates I get:

Software error:

Undefined subroutine &main::Affiliates called at /home/stephen3/public_html/cgi-bin/auction/Auction.pm line 220.\

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@onlyaboriginalart.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

I dont have affiliates manager in my admin.

Is this an extra?
