Number Of Characters In Title
Ahmed,\ \ How can I change the default character length of 80 characters? I want to change it to a different number and I'm trying to figure which file I need to go into in order to do that.\ \ Thanks

You need to spend time on the admin center to avoid these very basic questions.

Admin->Listing Options, see this option:

Maximum Title Size in Bytes:
